Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse Simpriest or buy a prepaid travel eSIM data plan from us. By ordering, you agree to these terms and confirm that your device and intended use meet the plan requirements shown at checkout.
Who we are
The supplier and website operator is SIM Priest, a sole proprietorship operating the Simpriest brand from 15 York Street, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0B2, Canada. Customer and order support: support@simpriest.com. Legal, privacy and formal notices: legal@simpriest.com.
1. The service
Simpriest sells digital eSIM data plans supplied through third-party mobile-network and eSIM providers. Plans are generally data-only unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Coverage, speed, network availability, fair-use rules and supported countries vary by package and local operator.
2. Eligibility and device compatibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the service lawfully. Before ordering, confirm that your device is carrier-unlocked, supports eSIM, and supports the networks used at your destination. Device incompatibility does not make an activated or consumed plan refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
The authoritative package and total are calculated by our server and displayed before payment. Stripe processes payment information; Simpriest does not receive or store full card details. Currency conversion and taxes, if applicable, are shown during checkout. A payment is not an accepted order until Stripe confirms it.
4. Digital delivery and activation
After confirmed payment, we request an eSIM profile from the provider. The protected order-status page displays the real QR code or manual activation details when available. We may also email a copy. Most profiles arrive quickly, but provider processing can take longer. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support instructs you to do so; many QR codes can be installed only once.
When you select the immediate digital-fulfilment confirmation at checkout, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the digital service before any ordinary cancellation or withdrawal period has ended. Where applicable law permits, beginning or completing digital delivery may affect a right to cancel after payment. This confirmation never limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. It provides a voluntary 30-day request window only while the eSIM remains uninstalled, unactivated, unused, unexpired, and cancellable by the provider. Separate remedies apply to duplicate charges, non-delivery, materially incorrect orders, defects, and rights required by law. Nothing in that policy or these terms limits a non-waivable statutory right.
5A. Simpriest Credits
Eligible signed-in purchases may earn and use Simpriest Credits under the separate Simpriest Credits Program Terms. Credits are promotional account value, not cash or a deposit. Refunds, reversals and disputes proportionally adjust related rewards without limiting mandatory refund rights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell a plan without authorization, interfere with networks or systems, commit fraud, send unlawful traffic, evade plan restrictions, or use the service in violation of local law. We may suspend access, cancel an unfulfilled order, or report abuse where reasonably necessary.
7. Availability and responsibility
Mobile service depends on third-party networks, geography, congestion, device settings and local regulation. We do not promise uninterrupted coverage or a specific speed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Simpriest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan, except where that limitation is prohibited.
8. Governing law, privacy and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without taking away mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these terms prospectively; the version shown when you order governs that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
