Email [email protected]. Include your Stripe receipt or PaymentIntent/order reference, but never send card details or passwords.
Before installing
- Confirm the phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
- Use stable Wi-Fi and keep the protected order page open.
- Do not scan the QR code with the ordinary camera app; use Add eSIM in device settings.
After installing
- Select the eSIM for mobile data at your destination.
- Enable data roaming for the eSIM if the plan instructions require it.
- Restart the phone or toggle airplane mode if the network does not attach.
- Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.
Delivery or payment issue
If payment succeeded but activation details are not ready, keep the order page open—it retries automatically. If it reports that support attention is needed, email us with the receipt. Refund requests are handled under the Terms of Service.
