Simpriest Credits Program Terms

Signed-in customers earn 5% back in Simpriest Credits on eligible website purchases. These terms explain when credits are earned, released, used, adjusted or withheld.

1. Program operator and acceptance

The program is operated by SIM Priest, a sole proprietorship trading as Simpriest from 15 York Street, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0B2, Canada. By participating, you accept these terms together with the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You need a verified Simpriest account and must be signed in when the eligible order is created. Guest purchases do not earn credits unless the order was securely linked to the account before the reward is calculated. The program is for individual customers; automated, duplicate, fraudulent, resale or manipulated activity is not eligible.

3. Earning rate and calculation

An eligible eSIM or compatible top-up earns credits equal to 5% of the USD amount actually paid. Amounts paid with Simpriest Credits, refunded amounts, taxes, chargebacks, goodwill credits, fees and other non-cash value are excluded. We round each order's reward to the nearest US cent. No tiers apply.

4. Pending and available credits

A reward first appears as pending after successful payment and delivery. It becomes spendable when provider data shows that the eSIM has been activated or used, or 30 days after successful delivery, whichever occurs first. Delayed or failed fulfilment does not accelerate release. Provider status and Simpriest's server records are authoritative, subject to correction of a clear error.

5. Using credits

The minimum redemption is US$1. Available credits may pay up to 100% of an eligible future eSIM or top-up shown with a Simpriest Credits option at checkout. A signed-in account, recent authentication and the normal purchase confirmations are required. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Coupons or other promotional discounts cannot be combined with a credits redemption unless the checkout expressly permits it.

6. No time-based expiry

Simpriest Credits do not expire merely because time passes. They may nevertheless be removed or adjusted after a refund, reversal, chargeback, duplicate issuance, account closure, fraud, abuse, legal requirement or correction of an error. If the program ends, we will give reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to use valid available credits unless immediate action is required for security, fraud or law.

7. Refunds, disputes and negative adjustments

A full or partial refund, payment reversal or lost dispute proportionally reverses the related reward. We first reduce unspent credits. If those credits were already used, the adjustment reduces later credit awards or other account credit until recovered; it does not authorize a new card charge. A reversed refund or won dispute may restore the corresponding adjustment after our payment records confirm it. Refund rights are determined by the Refund Policy and mandatory law, not by reward status.

8. Security and abuse

Rewards are calculated and redeemed only by Simpriest's server. We may hold, reject, reverse or investigate rewards where payment, device, account, order or velocity signals reasonably indicate fraud, unauthorized access, duplicate accounts, self-dealing, resale or technical manipulation. We may request verification. We will not remove valid credits arbitrarily, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes, tax and contact

We may change the program prospectively by publishing updated terms. A change will not retroactively reduce valid available credits except as described above or required by law. You are responsible for any personal tax consequence. Questions or disputes may be opened through the protected support portal or sent to [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected].
