Global service and consumer-rights overview

Travel eSIM purchases can involve a customer, payment processor, eSIM provider, mobile operators, and laws in more than one country.

Important: Simpriest has not yet published a registered business identity, address, or chosen governing jurisdiction. This page does not invent one and is not a substitute for local legal advice.

Which terms apply

The Terms of Service shown at checkout govern the Simpriest purchase. Stripe and the selected package provider also apply their own relevant processing and network terms. Mandatory local rights can override a contract term that law does not allow a business to exclude.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

An eSIM is a digital product that can become usable or consumed after a provider profile is issued or installed. Cancellation and withdrawal rights vary by country and may depend on consent to immediate digital performance. Contact support promptly before installing when you want to request cancellation.

Taxes, currency, and records

The checkout shows the charged currency and total available to Simpriest. Your card issuer may apply conversion or cross-border fees. Keep the Stripe receipt and package details for support, accounting, or consumer complaints. Simpriest must not claim a tax registration that has not been published.

Complaints and statutory rights

Email support@simpriest.com with the payment receipt and a clear description. Nothing in Simpriest terms limits non-waivable rights. A local consumer agency or court may provide remedies where its law applies.

Next step

Review the destination, allowance, validity, coverage, and server-confirmed price before paying. Provider provisioning begins only after Stripe confirms payment.
